Mahari Hay is the visionary behind one of the UK's fastest-growing platforms celebrating excellence, creating opportunity and driving social impact.
Born in Jamaica and raised in Tottenham, London, Mahari has built a distinguished career spanning more than 20 years in financial services. Alongside his corporate career, he has dedicated his life to mentoring others, championing social mobility and creating pathways for individuals and communities to succeed.
Recognising that many talented people lacked access to the networks, visibility and opportunities they deserved, he founded the CCC Group with one clear mission: to connect community, corporate and culture in a way that transforms recognition into opportunity. Today, the Group helps individuals, businesses and organisations build meaningful relationships, unlock new opportunities and create lasting legacies.
