The Community, Corporate & Culture (CCC) Group was created to bridge the gap between organisations and the communities they aim to serve. We exist to amplify underrepresented voices, celebrate unsung heroes, and build lasting partnerships that inspire inclusive progress across society.

Through The CCC Awards, we shine a spotlight on those who lift others as they rise—across community, corporate, and cultural sectors. This platform honours those whose sacrifices and service help others to prosper, build legacies, and create a more equitable future.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to act as a dynamic connector—bringing together businesses, community groups, and individuals who are all working towards a more inclusive and impactful society. By identifying and addressing the gaps in access, opportunity, and recognition, we help create meaningful, sustainable change. From digital upskilling to mentorship and co-designed initiatives, our work empowers people from all walks of life to thrive.

Meet our Co-founders

Two friends bound by their culture and heritage, driven by their desire to serve the community and re-define inclusion.

  • Mahari Hay

    CEO and Co-Founder

    Mahari is a highly experienced people focused leader with over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services Sector. His passion for helping others and translating complex information into simple and effective content, has seen him have a very rewarding career. Mahari is also the Co-chair of one of the most impactful employee resource groups in the UK – The B.O.L.D network, which is; the Black Organisation for Leadership & Development.

    As well as being a keynote speaker on topics such as Personal Branding and DE&l, his most recent accolades include; Top Finance sector employee winner at the 2023 UK Black Talent Awards, 2023 PBC ‘Professional of the Year, NOBEEL 2023 Trailblazer of the Year and he is featured in the Empower Global Top 100 future leaders list.

  • Mexy Thomas

    MD and Co-Founder

    Mexy is an award-winning international DJ, host and founder of Analogy entertainment. With over a decade of experience in the industry, he has established himself as a sought-after talent, performing at some of the most prestigious events and venues in the world. 

    In addition to his residency at Selfridges and his red-carpet hosting at the MOBO Awards, he has also played and hosted for the iconic fashion brands Saint Laurent, Cosmopolitan & ELLE providing the soundtrack for their high-end fashion shows and events.

    Mexy continues to push boundaries and create new opportunities, solidifying his status as one of the most talented and in-demand Hosts and DJs and Entrepreneurs of our time.
