Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the www.thecccawards.com website (the “Service”) operated by the Community, Corporate and Culture Group (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By submitting a nomination, reserving tickets, or participating in the CCC Awards in any capacity, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility Criteria

  • Individual nominees must be aged 18 or over and be UK citizens or have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

  • Organisations or teams must have a permanent office or operational base within the UK.

  • The CCC Awards are open to individuals from all backgrounds, sectors, and communities whose work aligns with our mission of empowering others, promoting inclusion, and driving positive impact.

2. Nomination Process

  • Each nominee may only be entered into one individual category and/or one organisational category (business, charity, or team). If multiple entries are submitted, the CCC Judging Panel reserves the right to assign the nominee to the most appropriate category before public voting begins.

  • All CCC Awards 2026 nominees are selected via public nomination, except for Honorary Awards and Highly Commended recognitions, which are determined by the CCC Awards Panel.

  • Finalists for each award category will be decided exclusively by public vote.

  • A summary of no more than 300 words must accompany each nomination. This may be published on our official website and other promotional materials.

  • All nominations will undergo a basic verification process, which may include checks of social media profiles, websites, and public records (e.g. Companies House). CCC Awards reserves the right to remove any nomination that fails verification or does not meet the required criteria.

3. Nominee Image

  • A clear and appropriate photograph of the nominee must be submitted with each nomination. This may be used in awards marketing, press coverage, and official event materials.

  • Once submitted, the image cannot be changed.

4. Accuracy of Information

  • CCC Awards reserves the right to disqualify or remove any nomination found to be based on false, misleading, or unverifiable information.

5. Publicity & Privacy

  • Submitted nominations may be featured on CCC Awards’ official website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

  • If a nominee or nominator wishes for the nomination not to be shared publicly, they must notify info@thecccawards.com within 48 hours of submission.

  • Details enclosed within individual nominations will be accessible only to the nominee, the CCC Awards team, and the Judging Panel.

  • We will not share nominators’ identities with nominees or any third party without explicit consent.

  • CCC Awards will not sell or distribute nomination details to third parties, though we reserve the right to share winners’ contact details (e.g. email addresses) with category sponsors or partner media, where appropriate.

  • For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
